Cinnamon Spice Infusion
About the Recipe
This cinnamon spice honey infusion takes inspiration from ancient remedies for cold weather and digestive health. Cinnamon improves circulation and stabilizes blood sugar levels, while cloves and nutmeg are known for their antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Combined with honey's natural energy-boosting and soothing attributes, this infusion is a perfect remedy for chilly days or whenever you need a boost. It’s especially effective in the morning for jumpstarting metabolism or in the afternoon for a warm, healthful pick-me-up.
